Officer / Coordinator
About the Role
As a WSH Officer at Assure Safety, you will support organisations in meeting Workplace Safety & Health regulatory requirements, implementing safety systems, and maintaining safe work environments across sites.
Key Responsibilities
- Advise the occupier, Project Manager, or any person in charge of the Site on measures necessary to ensure the safety and health of all persons employed on-site.
- Implement safety measures with the approval of the occupier, General Manager, or relevant authority.
- Conduct personal inspections of the Site to identify any machinery, plant, equipment, appliance, or manual labor practices that may pose a risk of bodily harm to any worker.
- Discuss inspection findings with the occupier, Factory Manager, Project Manager, and Safety Supervisor responsible for the relevant equipment or operations.
- Investigate accidents or occupational diseases that occur on-site and recommend corrective actions to prevent recurrence.
- Monitor and verify the implementation of all recommended corrective actions.
- Organize safety-related activities such as trainings, talks, competitions, or campaigns to promote and sustain safety awareness among workers.
- Serve as the Secretary of the Site Safety Committee, supporting the Committee Chairman in executing the committee’s responsibilities.
- Preside over meetings of the Site Safety Committee in the absence of the Chairman.
- Maintain up-to-date safety records relevant to the site’s operations.
- Fulfill all duties as required under the Workplace Safety and Health Act and other applicable regulations.
Requirements
- MOM Singapore Registered Workplace Safety & Health Officer
- WSQ Specialist Diploma in Workplace Safety and Health (Level C)
- WSQ Advanced Certificate in Workplace Safety and Health (Level B)
- Preferred Candidate that Posses Own Transport

This role focuses on building long-term client relationships, understanding organisational needs, and proposing training solutions that deliver real value.
This is a consultative sales role—best suited for professionals who value integrity, clarity, and service excellence.
Key Responsibilities
- Engage corporate clients to understand training and capability needs
- Propose suitable corporate, WSQ and customised training solutions
- Prepare quotations, proposals and follow-up communications
- Coordinate with training and operations teams to ensure smooth delivery
- Manage client relationships from enquiry to post-training follow-up
- Maintain accurate sales records and pipeline tracking

- Experience in B2B sales, account management or client-facing roles
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Professional, organised and responsive
- Able to explain training solutions clearly and confidently
- Comfortable working with structured processes and documentation
